This coffee features peaberry beans—naturally occurring single, round beans that develop when only one seed forms inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two. Peaberries are prized for their concentrated flavor and even roasting, often resulting in a sweeter, brighter, and more dynamic cup.

Expect a bright and refreshing profile with a lively backbone of acidity. It opens with a sweet, mouth-refreshing character, while a zesty lemon glaze note adds a bracing lift. Layers of green tea, dried mango, yuzu citrus, and fresh green hops round out this vibrant and expressive cup.
