Welcome to Sava Coffee Roasters

Sava Coffee Roasters is an Atlanta-based specialty coffee roaster focused on one simple idea: coffee should be roasted for the person who is going to drink it.

We roast in small batches after you order, with your choice of coffee, roast level, and grind. Every bag carries a roast date so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted.

Coffee From Around the World

We specialize in single-origin specialty coffees from both established growing regions and lesser-known origins around the world.

Our rotating selection has included coffees from lesser-known origins such as Laos, Yemen, China, and Thailand, alongside coffees from established specialty coffee regions such as Kenya and Ethiopia.

We enjoy discovering coffees with distinctive origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles—and giving our customers the opportunity to experience them freshly roasted.

Roasted Just for You

Freshness and customization are at the center of what we do.

Instead of roasting large quantities far in advance, we roast your coffee after you place your order. You can choose the roast level and grind that best fit the way you brew and the flavors you enjoy.

As a mechanical engineer and coffee roaster, I bring the same attention to detail, consistency, and experimentation to every batch.

From Coffee to the SAVA-M7

The idea for the SAVA-M7 began during a trip to Switzerland with my wife. We were impressed by the convenience and quality a fully automatic espresso machine could deliver and began wondering why it was so difficult to find a high-quality option at a reasonable price.

As a mechanical engineer who works closely with manufacturers in Asia, I decided to explore that question further. I connected with experienced manufacturers, evaluated and tested several different machines, and eventually selected and refined the model that became the SAVA-M7 fully automatic espresso machine.

For us, the SAVA-M7 is a natural extension of what we do with coffee: making a great cup easier to enjoy at home, without making the experience complicated.

Our goal is to make specialty coffee more personal, approachable, and interesting—whether you're discovering coffee from an unfamiliar origin or simply looking for a fresher everyday cup.
