Everyone knows Yemen is the high end coffee beans. If you decide to splurge on it, definitely choose Sava. It’s small batched during roasting so the heat is evenly distributed and precisely controlled, which allows the best and fullest flavors to come out when you brew them. It’s definitely not cheap but you get what you paid for. Also, comparing to around $4 after tax for a cup of coffee from a typical coffee shop, who just uses the cheapest beans, you are actually only paying 40 cents (a tenth of the price) a cup for the top quality coffee - so that’s a bargain there as well!
