If a coffee order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery at savacoffeeroasters@gmail.com. Any refund, replacement, or store credit for such orders will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Coffee Equipment and Fully Automatic Espresso Machines

From time to time, Sava Coffee Roasters may offer coffee equipment, including fully automatic espresso machines and related accessories.

Equipment purchases may be subject to separate return, inspection, warranty, usage, and support terms as stated in our Return Policy, Warranty Policy, product descriptions, or manufacturer documentation.
