From Gachatha in Nyeri, Kenya, this washed peaberry coffee offers a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with lively acidity and deep sweetness.

Peaberry coffee comes from cherries that develop a single rounded seed rather than the usual two flat-sided seeds. This lot reveals juicy grapefruit, Marionberry, dried tamarind, mulled grape juice, and currant jam, balanced by rich cooked-sugar sweetness and a jammy finish.

At lighter roast levels, the cup is especially bright and fruit-driven. With more development, the profile becomes deeper, sweeter, and darker-fruited.
