Laos Gesha

From Paksong in Champasak, Laos, this single-origin Gesha is a distinctive coffee from one of Southeast Asia’s lesser-known coffee-growing regions.

Grown at approximately 1,200 meters and washed processed, it offers an elegant, floral cup with notes of jasmine, floral tea, and peach. A light roast is especially well suited to this coffee, helping preserve its delicate aromatics, fruit character, and bright acidity.

The dry fragrance reveals layers of fruit jam and brown sugar, accented by anise and fresh green herbs. As the coffee cools, its floral and fruit notes continue to open and evolve.
